Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Welcome to “The Waterfall House”, a family retreat with a gorgeous natural waterfall! Relax and enjoy the most serene location with 8.5 acres of land featuring a private waterfall and stream. This open floor plan home is a perfect spot to gather family or use it as a place to stay while visiting Syracuse. This park like setting is a photographers dream. This is the best location for a true outdoor enthusiast. Spot wildlife from every window in the house or fish for trout in the stream!

Canal House, Upstate NY

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Just minutes (1/2 mile) from Fayetteville Towne Center with popular shopping and restaurants. This ranch home has been fully remodeled with superb craftsmanship. The outside areas includes a nice back yard right on the old Erie Canal with a fire pit and deck. The Canal trail is immediately adjacent to our property and is a great walking and biking trail. We are 15 minutes from Syracuse University campus and the hospitals.

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.
