This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Dette unikke mini-hus har en helt særlig beliggenhed. Fra altanen kan du nyde udsigten ud til vandet, og på modsatte side træder du ud i den skønneste lille park/have. Det perfekte sted til at udforske de nordlige øer. I nærområdet finder du supermarked, pizzaria og en bar med live musik i weekenden. Det tager kun 5 minutter at gå til den centrale del af Klaksvík, hvor du bl.a. kan besøge Christianskirken, turistinformation (Visit North), café, restaurant, butikker og svømmehal med wellness.

Løðupakkhúsið - Historical Warehouse - Top Floor

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, LPH features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and oak wooden flooring. The Haven in the historic quarter

A special place to stay in the heart of Tórshavn. Sleep under a grass roof in the car-free area of Reyn: the old town quarter by the harbour - a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, shops, bus terminal and ferry port. You can’t get more central than this! The Haven is simple but charming, nestled among other historic houses in this conservation area. Upstairs, via some steep steps, is the cosy bedroom. When it rains, the gentle sound of raindrops on the turf roof will lull you to sleep.

Turf cottage by breathtaking Múlafossur waterfall

Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

Fantastisk udsigt fra hyggeligt hus!

Hyggeligt gammelt hus fra 1909. Fantastisk udsigt som bare MÅ opleves. Ligger i fredelige omgivelser, men DER ER BEBYGGELSE OVENFOR HUSET. Huset har en lille entré, køkken, spisestue og dagligstue. På loftet er 2 soverum (se billeder), ET LILLE TOILET MED HÅNDVASK, DOG UDEN BAD/BRUSE! og god plads ude på loftet, med foldemadrasse 150 cm bred Adr: GADDAVEGUR 27B, 655 NES Obs! Huset er en fin gåafstand fra havet 15 min to Torshavn via underwater tunnel. NB: Se udtjekningsregler

Tiny house in Bóndansbeiti (in the garden)

Enjoy a peaceful experience in this guesthouse in the old village. built in 2020, in Scandinavian style. 5 minute drive to the airport, 15 minute walk to the ferry to Mykines and 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The local shop is right around the corner. bus-stop close by. the room comes with a small kitchen, bed is 140x200 cm, bathroom with shower and rest area. and there is possible at park a small to normal car, right outside.

Hyggeligt sommerhus på kanten til havet

Sommerhuset står helt tæt på havet med udsigt over fjorden, den nærliggende marina og Torshavn. Husets unikke placering gør det muligt at observere et varieret dyreliv af søfugle, enkelte sæle, fiskebåde, kaproningbåde og store cruisebåde helt tæt på. Dette lille hus er i 2 etager. I stueetagen er køkkenet og stuen samlet i et rum. På øvre etagen er soveværelset og badeværelset.

Cosy little old house in Tjørnuvík

This little lovely house is from around 1890. The house is under construction at the moment. We are installing a new bathroom, new fireplace and new kitchen. Pictures from the inside will be uploaded january 2017. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Free wifi.

Charming cottage next to the Atlantic

This house is build after a model from 1870. The atmosphere is there even you stay in a warm well equipped little cottage. Its 35 m2 big, and have one room and toilet and a small kitchen. A loft under the ceiling can host 2 persons extra. Keep in mind that there is still only one room to stay in. The house is in a charming village 56 km from Tórshavn.
