The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. If you are a history buff, the Alvin C York State Historic Park, historic Rugby and Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary are all must sees. Of course if you're looking to relax and just enjoy some country life this is just the place to do so.

A short minute walk along a historic moss covered wagon trail brings you to an outdoor kitchen and clean bathhouse. Several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
