Centrally located! You're just steps away from some of the great shops, bars, & restaurants that downtown Fairbury has to offer. Dave's supermarket is also only a minutes walk away. And for you race fans, the Fairbury Speedway is only a 3 minute drive or an 8 minute walk away. The building has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Living room has a long sofa & pull-out loveseat that sleep 1 each. It has a 1/2 bath with a toilet, sink, & washer/dryer in it. The only shower is located in the bedroom.

Entire apartment just for you! Spacious room, kitchenette, and bath with basic toiletries. Bedroom has a queen bed, desk and it is equipped with a 60 inch 4K TV. Washer and Dryer are not part of the listing but I will give access to them upon request. I also provide Netflix, Disney and Hulu access upon request. The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
