Nestled in a private fenced in backyard of the main house that we reside in, it’s a great place to relax after all the hustle bustle. Perfect for vacationers, layovers, or business travel.

This 1/bd 1/ba Studio w/ private porch, almost invisible as it's built into the hill, offers a peaceful and serene escape. Spend your days fishing in the pond, enjoying a cozy fire in the fire pit, listening to the chorus of frogs, or exploring the vast 7.5 acres. All this tranquility is just a 7-minute drive from Trilith, Tyrone, PTC, Piedmont Hospital, Senoia, and Fayetteville.

Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

You will have easy access to all major highways I-75, I-85, I-20 and 285.
