My name is Larry Li and I am director of ActionCompassion, an integrative health studio in Vancouver, BC. I have personally experience cancer, thyroid disease, and mental illness. These experiences have allowed me to meet my Guru and become a healer. I am passionate about making meditation and wellness accessible and sustainable for all beings.

We will be visiting three locations. -My meditation studio where we will drink some Ayurvedic tea. -A beautiful bee pollination garden where we will do some meditation practice. -A scenic Vancouver park by beautiful Kitsilano Beach. We will be applying mindful principles to the whole journey.
