For many years, I had an important cooking school in Rome along with my restaurants (#tricoloremonti, #tricolorepaninigourmet). Now I am a Food designer and a Food consultant (#inblackstudio). I love the countryside and my life is between Rome and Tuscany where I select and grow many products I use in my recipes.
