Jog with me through beautiful Uptown Dallas like a native! I am an Uptown local that is passionate about all things fitness and wellness. You can find me at the gym or on the Katy Trail! Every weekday Monday-Friday, I will have two scheduled runs. One in the morning, and one in the afternoon. We'll start our run at Glencoe Park and head South down Katy Trail for about 3 miles to the Katy Trail Ice House. I do not expect anybody to be a marathon runner! I will run at whatever pace, and we can make short stops along the way to take water breaks and photos. If you are looking for…

We'll start from Glencoe Park and head South towards Katy Trail Ice House. Along the way, there are plenty of spots for photos and rest areas to take our time. If you decide to take the Afternoon run, the Katy Trail Ice House is perfect for happy hour drinks and food. Have a well-deserved beer after our run!
