Hello all! My name is Lauren and I will be your guide for our Fitness at The Park Adventure. I am a former NPS Ranger, previously at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park leading group hikes and doing patrols on the lava flow into the ocean (now things are way wild!) Hvad vi skal lave

60 minute guided hike and fitness program. Enjoy being surrounded by nature as we conquer our fitness goals together. We'll meet at the main Gazebo at the front of the Park. Upon arrival check in, each person will get a tracking card to record their stats. We'll go over any and all health or safety concerns you may have (physical limitations, current or past injuries, asthma, etc.) We'll be doing…

We’ll be in the beauty of the Park. Surrounded by Nature, Wildlife and the relaxing landscape around us. With the option to stay dry underneath the main Gazebo. After our Fitness Session, the fun doesn’t have to end. We’ll have the option to go to one of my favorite local restaurants, enjoy good conversation and good eats.
