Om din vært

As a former national team gymnast, cross-country runner, investment banker and entrepreneur, health and fitness have always been an integral part of my life. After living in RI, NH, France, TX, NY and now San Francisco, I love finding new and creative ways to workout my mind/body wherever I am. SF is a fantastic place to flex our mind-body muscles and I can't wait to share my experience with you!

In our Experience together we will strive for the optimal mind-body connection as we traverse San Francisco's northeast neighborhoods. We start at Rincon Park under Cupid's Span statue facing the Bay Bridge for a meditation to set the stage for our time together. From there, we walk briskly along the bayside Embarcadero…
