Close to the CBD, Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife Park, Eureka Pools & Eureka Stockade Centre. You can either take a 10 minute walk to town or catch public transport right out the front. Private off street parking at rear of the property in an enclosed yard. Cafes & restaurants are within meters.
