Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. Na zona envolvente podem realizar caminhadas na natureza, passeios pelo rio Douro e Paiva, visitar os Passadiços do Paiva ou descobrir os encantos das Montanhas Mágicas. The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
