2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Barlwyd Off-Grid Glamping

Experience the ultimate getaway in our off-grid Shepherd's Huts next to Barlwyd Lake. Wake up to breathtaking views of Ffestiniog's mountains, quarries, and valleys. The huts are for two people and furnished with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom. The interiors are cosy and bright, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll have access to the Wilderness Sauna, (don't forget to book a session!). Each hut comes with its own off-road electric golf buggy.

Nant

Get away from it all in a spectacular location, all to yourselves, on our wild upland farm. This is camping made easy in a comfortable shepherds hut with breathtaking views, amazing sunsets and plenty of birdsong. Basic facilities include a fire pit, cold water shower, pot washing sink and composting toilet. No wi-fi, just peace to enjoy the natural world. You can also take a guided walk with our Shetland Ponies and discover how we are combining farming with nature conservation.

Ty Coeden Bach (Little Tree House)

Situated halfway up a tree near the top of a mountain on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, with breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views. Ty Coeden Bach offers unique, peaceful accomodation for up to two guests. Nestled near the top of Rhiw Mountain, between the popular villages of Abersoch and Aberdaron, it provides the perfect spot for either exploring everything the area has to offer, or to simply relax and unwind. North Wales Farm house, on a working farm.

Traditional Grade 2 listed farm house dating back to the 18th century, has been recently restored to its former glory with a tradition but also modern feel. Four spacious bedrooms with 1 of them with a king size double bed, including a en suite, a double bed, single bedroom and another bedroom with a 3/4 bed. A large family bathroom with a roll top bath and large shower separate, two living rooms, dinning room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs bathroom .

Beautiful Woodland Hobbit/ Fairy/ Witch house Nestled away in our woodland is our roundhouse. Beautifully from straw bales and super insulated with gas hob, wood burner and running water. Come hideaway, hibernate, nestle and nuzzle.. tend fires, read, jump in our lake, pick salad and eggs from the farm... This cabin offers the perfect place to step into a different pace, to be at one with nature, to slow down and think about what matters in the world.

You’ll also find comfy seating – the ideal spot for a cup of tea .Simply yet effectively furnished, the space reinforces the sense that this is a sanctuary. Mongolian yurt sleeping 2+2 with outdoor space

Come and stay in one of our 2 lovely yurts or bring your friends and hire them both! Private location surrounded by nature and the sound of the river. The yurt is situated on an organic small holding in the beautiful Welsh valleys. You have to cross a foot bridge to get to it. Leave your car on one side of the river and walk to your accommodation. We can also provide fruit and veg as we run an organic market garden in the summer months.

Our 17th Century self catering cottage is tucked away on the historic farm of Cefndeuddwr, in the heart of the stunning Coed y Brenin Forest Park. High on the ridge between two river valleys, the cottage has panoramic mountain views and blends modern comforts with historical charm. It provides a great location for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and is an ideal base for outdoor activities, family holidays or a quiet escape.
