Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Backyard cabin with loft bed and outdoor shower

Sweet little backyard cabin to hide away. Minutes to the beach and moments to the woods. Spend a lazy couple days with a good book. Breathe the fresh air. There is a double loft bed accessed by ladder. Half bath (seasonal outdoor shower) and the basics for a cup of tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note: there is no cooking area and cabin is max 2 people. Unfortunately, due to liability, no children under age of 12 since bed is accessed by a high ladder

The space is decorated with modern and boho touches. Located outside of Parksville, about 10 minutes from town.

New stand alone, 1 level bright 2 bedroom nestled in the woods on 5 acres with radiant floor heating on a working farm. Located in the centre of the island we are not far from many local activities. Englishman River Park and the famous Hammerfest trails for bike and hikes. Fast Times amusements is just 10 min away with fun for the whole family. Parksville beach is a short 20 min comute. Cathedral Grove is 30 mins away for a beautiful stroll through the massive standing B.C. trees.

The Lazy J - a peaceful farm in a natural setting

Welcome to the Lazy J Ranch. We offer a self-contained walkout basement suite that sleeps four comfortably. The suite has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Walk down the trail to watch the animals, and relax beside the creek.

Introducing Moonshot the Landyacht, the Airstream at Wildernest! A perfect getaway just a 20 minute ferry ride from West Vancouver on the forested slopes of Bowen Island. This 1971 Airstream has been totally rebuilt into a super comfortable and memorable escape. It's a great couple's vacation, completely private on its own acre of land. There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
