Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Bright and very quiet bungalow, almost inside the Maspalomas golf course, in a residential complex. All on a level with no stairs! Gorgeous gardens, pools and solarium. Restaurants, supermarkets and more nearby. Complete satisfaction and pleasant stay with all the comforts of a house very equipped. One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.

Recent gerenoveerd appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Centraal gelegen aan de doorgaande weg tussen strand (300m) en winkel en uitgaanscentrum Yumbo (400m). Gelegen in een kleinschalig complex (gerenoveerd in 2022) met zwembad. Vanwege de ligging, onbeperkt internet (glasvezel), wasmachine en TV (incl. chromecast en TV) en goed voorziene keuken (oven, vaatwasser, vriezer etc) geschikt voor zowel een kort als langer verblijf.

Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.
