King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.
