There is a private outdoor bistro table for your use, and a shared backyard space complete with a fire pit & hammock. Our neighborhood is a peaceful, hidden gem of Atlanta and this is a fully finished basement with all the amenities you might need (wet bar, full fridge, full bathroom, separate entry, free parking). We are just off of 285 and 85, the main interstates in Atlanta. About 10 minutes to Buford Highway, 15 to Buckhead, and 20-30 min (without traffic) to popular ATL attractions. We have two young girls and cats so you may hear some light frolicking, but we've insulated the ceiling to minimize noise.
