Welcome to the BayView Tower in the Illahee Manor Estates - An extraordinary tower studio with old world charm, nestled on the edge of the picturesque Puget Sound in Bremerton, Washington. Prepare to embark on a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in this enchanting retreat that offers beautiful views, high end design, kitchenette, large jetted soaking tub, and beach access with kayaks and stand up paddle board! The studio is the upper unit in an attached large house (there are no shared spaces.)

Our place is designed for nature adventurers like us. Hike, paddle, swim, bike, fish, climb, & grill all in one day from this location. Not beachfront due to terrain.

Perfect base camp for your visit to the Olympic Peninsula! Close to great hiking in the Olympic National Park and surrounding (access Staircase, Mt. Ellinor, Hama Hama, Lena Lake, Duckabush, etc.). Great diving, fishing, and kayaking, too. Steps from restaurants, gift shops, a local distillery, and coffee shop in Hoodsport.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

Enjoy the private lakefront and dock on the property and a brand new kitchen (remodeled 2024)! This classic 1-bed + loft A-frame is great for couples or small families who enjoy the outdoors! The bedroom features bunk beds for the little ones while the loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for the grown-ups. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided! Enjoy the peace & serenity of a quiet, non-motorized little lake in the woods in a classic, vintage A-Frame.

The newly built 1-BR/1-bath home is approximately 500 sq. ft. and includes a large deck w/ grill, spacious yard, and beautiful Hood Canal views from deck (no beach access). Full garden views, bright and modern secluded "guest house" 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.
