The apartment is about 100 sq. m. and there are a wide living zone with a chilling zone, a dine zone with an open concept modern kitchen, a main bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two individual beds and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is in a separated room of the house. The flat has a great ocean view and it get a wide private terrace where eat and a garden with lavander flowers and trees. The guests can enjoy the swimming pool at the main floor of the property. Animals are not allowed ( even the smaller ones) and it is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. The flat is equipped with bed clothes, towels and kitchen furniture. There are a microwave, a glass ceramic, TV, Internet, iron and hair dryer. In addition to cleaning with disinfectant products, we perform a professional ozonation throughout the flat after each guest checks out.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.<br><br>All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony or terrace with unforgettable views.
