Desde 1990 que este apartamento tem sido a nossa casa de férias na praia. Em 2021 foi totalmente renovado tendo agora uma casa de banho espaçosa e com luz natural, um quarto com boa arrumação e uma sala e cozinha em open space com acesso direto ao jardim, churrasco e piscina. A praia da Alagoa, praia principal de Altura, fica a escassos 900 metros, cerca de 5 minutos a pé. O Mercado de Altura, os supermercados Pingo Doce, Aldi e Intermarché e várias esplanadas ficam a cerca de 3 minutos a pé.
