***PLEASE NOTE*** This home is located 30 minutes East of the Springs in Ellicott. My post office is in the Springs and so my address says the Springs but it is actually located in Ellicott. 420 Friendly in a warm and friendly area. This room has a queen sized mattress. The house is on 1/2 acre. The living room and kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is very spacious! I live here with my cat who is very friendly around people.
