Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. A 700 meter walk from the house is free parking located. As well as paid parking right in front for €26 a day. The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €20 Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals great food and cozy atmosphere

Geniet van de mooie lichtinvallen door dakraam. Met een pelletkachel voor de (gezellige) warmte. Een fijne aparte douche en toilet. Met nespresso apparaat en kook mogelijkheid voor bv ontbijt. Warm water. Het slaapgedeelte is afgeschermd met een verduisterend gordijn. Klein zitje voor de deur.

The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Het appartement, wat zich bevindt op de eerste verdieping, heeft 3 slaapkamers, een luxe badkamer met ligbad en een grote open keuken en woonkamer. Met ruim 90m2 is het appartement ook zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Op Het Span is het heerlijk! Je kijkt over de landerijen naar de duinen en de molen. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats en een eigen tuin. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om het uitzicht op de zonsondergang zoveel mogelijk te houden. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier personen en we vinden het leuk als je met kinderen komt. Die vinden het vast heerlijk om in de bedstee te slapen en in het speelhuisje te spelen.
