WATERFRONT, this amazing House sits on a flat lot & offers 276 feet of waterfront.On a pointe with views from every room.Sitting in the den on the couch it looks like you are sitting on the water.In a quiet cove off the main body but talk about location, this property is only a few minutes from the hot spots such as Kowaliga & Chimney Rock.Plenty of concrete parking & concrete boat ramp on site.Concrete steps at the sea wall on both sides of concrete pier from the yard make for easy entry/exit.

Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Sandy swimming area. Great views of the lake and sunset from the house. Close to Lake Martin Amphitheatre, Horseshoe Bend National Park, Auburn University.

Cozy new home has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Main bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom & tile shower. 2nd bedroom has a triple bunk & twin over full bunk beds that can sleep 2 adults OR up to 4 children. Full kitchen plus washer & dryer! The family room opens into the kitchen and has a double sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. It’s close to the community area with boat slips and swim area. The porch has a table & chairs for eating, TV and great view of lake. Auburn is just 45 minutes away.

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, swing & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.

Your family vacation search ends here at this cozy cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the things you need for a home away from home comfort. The water is just a few steps from the screened porch. You also have use of the PWC ports and the dock for your boat, fishing, and swimming. Fire pit perfect for s’mores all year! Hungry? Start the gas grill! Meals at the farmhouse table on the screened porch, with an amazing lake view. Swim area for all ages. Make use of the 2 kayaks available.

Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are not on waterfront or have a view of it directly.
