２Kのアパートの1室になります。 ドアノブにかけてあるキーボックスから鍵を取り出してお部屋に入って頂きます。暗唱番号や手順はAirbnbのメッセージにてお知らせ致します。 ５名様の場合はソファを移動して頂くと５つ布団を敷くことができます。２間の仕切りを片方開放してご利用下さい。 ２階のお部屋で、階段なので重い荷物の方はご注意下さい。 信濃川の土手が歩いてすぐなので、長岡花火会場が間近です。部屋からも一部花火を見ることができます。（花火会場は有料のため、チケットのご手配はご自身でお願い致します。） 花火がない時期は、信濃川の土手を散歩したり、お弁当や飲み物を買ってベンチで川を眺めながらゆっくりするのもおすすめです♪ 駅から徒歩15～20分程ですので、歩きで来ることも可能です。 駅周辺には居酒屋、お寿司屋、ラーメン屋、レストラン、新潟名物を味わえるお店も沢山あります。駅のぽんしゅ館では日本酒の飲み比べができます。アパートの近くにはスーパーやセブンイレブンもございます。 周辺は閑静な住宅街ですので、夜や早朝は大きな声で騒いだり、音楽をかけたりはご遠慮下さい。

"Yuzawa Building" is open on 2019/2020 winter. It locates on east side of EchigoYuzawa station in a quiet street for only 4-minutes walk away. There is the public Onsen which is most likely used by locals and also, good Yakiniku shop and Soba within walking distance. Because the room is compact and cozy, it is the best choice for up to 4 people family or group. It has kitchen, bath, restroom, washstand are provided along with dining by 1 Western-room and 1 Japanese-room.

越後七浦の海と山の麓にある築100年の古民家を改装した一棟貸しの宿です。 古民家と言うにはあまりにも簡素な家ですが古い様で新しい。 この気持ち良さを旅の思い出のひとつとしていただけたらと思います。 ここは新潟市西蒲区（旧巻町）の間瀬海岸 北陸道・巻ICから車で25分・三条燕ICから35分。眼下に広がる越後七浦の水平線。 誰もいない海辺の朝の散歩。 まるでジブリの世界のようなハイキングコース。 近くには人里離れた山の中のカフェや 海に沈む夕日を見ながらのイタリアンレストランもあります。 岩室温泉の名店のお弁当を購入されまったりと過ごすことも。 採れたての野菜を調理して楽しめる様にアグリツーリズムも計画中。 潮の香と波の音に癒されのんびりしたり、海水浴はもちろん弥彦山登山、サーフィンやジェットスキー。海岸線のドライブやツーリングなど楽しみ方は様々です。 我が家の「はなれ」としてゆっくりお過ごしください。

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.

野尻湖を見下ろす、絶景が楽しめる一軒家です。 車で15-20分ほどの所にスキー場（妙高、黒姫、斑尾）が数カ所あり、ウィンタースポーツの拠点にもぴったり。 薪ストーブのサウナと、絶景の水風呂をお楽しみください。 周りに民家が無いので、大きな音で音楽や映画もご覧いただけます。 山奥に佇む一軒家のため、最大限の対策はしますが暖かい季節には虫が出ます。冬はたくさんの雪が降ります。秋には落ち葉が舞います。 薪ストーブの火もご自身で調整いただく必要があります。 決して簡単に住める家ではありませんが、その分とびきりの景色と体験をお約束いたします。 絶景を眺められるカウンターキッチンと、調味料、調理器を完備していますので、ぜひ料理をお楽しみください。（BBQ用の機材はありません）
