Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. My house is located in a quiet area of Tean, away from main roads, with the front overlooking a river and countryside. It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, and close to Uttoxeter Race Course, JCB and The Potteries. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, guest lounge, garden and front balcony. 3 private parking spaces to the rear of the property, and free visitor car park also on site. A larger en-suite bedroom is also available to book, with a TV and drink making facilities.

Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We will be around if you need us and happy to have a chat. Currently breakfast is available at Avenue House, a few mins walk away. Breakfast is between 8.30 to 10.00am and is included in the price.. One spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. Peaceful hamlet within walking distance of a pub, 5 mins to Albrighton, 10 mins to the M54 and close to David Austin Roses. Hosts live in a separate part of the house.

I hope that Deuet Mat feels like a home away from home. Feel free to use the lounge and dining room as well as the garden. Your stay includes a simple breakfast of toast and spreads. However, having gained my 5 stars from Environmental Health I can offer you other meals at a reasonable extra charge. I'm au fait with allergens and can also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans. This single room is dog friendly
