Welcome to Lake Echo Escape! Just twenty minutes outside the city you’ll find our serene secondary-unit stay. Spend your afternoon soaking up rays on the dock and take a dip in the lake. Take a relaxing soak in the hilltop hot tub. Cook yourself a meal on the bbq and enjoy it on your private patio, overlooking the beautiful Lake Echo. Inside you’ll find a large, light filled apartment with a luxurious queen bed, as well as a kitchenette equipped with everything you’ll need to feel right at home.

Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

Crave a peaceful getaway? Two room area with ground level private entrance in a park like setting. In the spring, fish from the backyard or kayak in the small pools. There is a boat launch for small boats into Lawrencetown Lake a 2 minute drive away, several surf breaks and sandy beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.
