Timber Valley Pods with private hot tubs offer a peaceful countryside escape with stunning views – you can even spot the Isle of Arran on clear days. Our fully insulated and heated glamping pods are perfect year-round. Each pod sleeps two, featuring a comfy double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, and complimentary tea and coffee. Secluded Luxury Meadow Yurt sleeps 4, nr Ayr coast

'Meadow' is in its own private garden overlooking our wildflower meadow. Great for couples / young families with a double bed and sofa bed within the yurt. It boasts a cozy woodburner and its wonderful open roof to watch sky. The private bathroom, compost loo, kitchen & patio provide home comforts. Max 2 small dogs. This is a farm: dogs to be kept on leads at all times outside. Our chickens & goats wander around the farm. Extras for your stay are available to purchase through the website.

Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
