It doesn't matter whether you are going North or South from Anchorage the house is perfectly located.

Close to airport and Kincaid Park trails, enjoy panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains from the great room or the wrap around deck. The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. The Kenai River Suite is newly constructed and on the lower floor of a two unit split entry house. This beautiful unit is just being finished. More pictures to follow of kitchen, living room, dining area. Turnagain is a quiet residential area near the Anchorage International Airport and Lake Hood, a major floatplane base. Along Cook Inlet, joggers and cyclists use the Tony Knowles Coast, while large Earthquake Park has hills shaped by a major 1964 earthquake, plus wooded trails.

It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.
