The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, an oversized island, and a true coffee bar (drip, Keurig, kettle), flowing into a spacious dining area made for gathering. Step out for drinks on the large balcony with sweeping lake views or head down to the shoreline for sun and sand. Outside, enjoy easy water access via stone steps or a paved path leading to the boathouse – replete with a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs above - and expansive private dock. Spend your days on the lake with the included kayaks and paddleboards, then linger at sunset with a glass of wine as the water glows. In winter, nearby ATV and snowmobile trails make this an ideal year-round getaway. Explore the charming town of Eagle River, known for its cozy cafés and local dining, or venture to nearby outdoor favorites like Riverview Park, Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, and Three Lakes Winery—all within 15 miles. The spacious primary suite opens to the balcony and includes a sleeper chair and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and zen-style shower. Upstairs, a private bedroom sits near a loft overlooking the main living area—an ideal quiet nook with a workspace and a cozy corner perfect for evening cocktails. Downstairs, kids will love the “bear-y” fun bunk room with plenty of space to play and a full bathroom just steps away. A sofa-bed sits just outside the bunk room as well. There are stairs built in the side of the hill to a narrow path (path redone in Oct 2024 - pictured). New dock in 2026. Path may be difficult to navigate/inaccessible during winter months.

Nestled privately in the beautiful Northwoods, yet minutes from town and trails, Bloom Cabin’s unique design takes you back to simpler times and invites you to slow down and relax. Guests can refuel & restore with access to the full kitchen, games, dvd movies/tv, and a fire pit. Enjoy the craftsmanship of the winding stairs and catwalk that lead you to the open loft queen bed upstairs, or stay on the main floor bedroom off the family room in a twin bed (2) or the pull-out sofa bed. A must stay!

Dock a boat at our pier with access to 5-lake Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes. Snowmobile trails are nearby.

Fox Den Cabin, Eagle River, WI

Relax and unwind at this peaceful Northwoods retreat. It’s just you, your family, and the friendly wildlife here at Fox Den. The cabin is located very close to the heart of Eagle River, yet secluded enough to enjoy your nightly bonfire in the back with no one in sight! Fox Den is not on water, but the setting is wooded and serene! The cozy cabin surrounds you with beautiful tongue and groove pine interior. The full kitchen is nicely appointed for your cooking needs. We are dog-friendly.

Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets.
