Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Our 1,100 ft.² was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Multiple windows in every room let in tons of natural light. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is only a block away from 8 restaurants and local shops. We allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
