Situado en la primera planta de una casa típica y en una calle tranquila Consta de dos dormitorios, con camas de matrimonio, King Sice, cuarto de baño, cocina equipada con electrodomésticos y un salón comedor con grandes ventanales a la calle. La zona cuenta con numerosos bares y restaurantes donde disfrutar de la excelente gastronomia sevillana y la zona comercial a tan solo dos minutos.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything
