You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We've created a private little one-bedroom homestay in our backyard. You have your very own private outdoor area to BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Reverse cycle system inside to keep you comfortable during those hot summer days & cold wintery nights. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

THE PALMS studio is the perfect gateway down south for those looking to relax and unwind in a comfortable setting, close to town. Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.

A 2 x 1 adjoining the main house. This is a completley self contained unit sharing a common wall with seperate drive way. Walking distance to Simmo's ice cream, dunsborough gym, Base BJJ & MMA Gym, Southwest provisions and more. 10 min bike ride to beach. A seperate room to the unit has a Infared Sauna and cold plunge for use.
