From its cosy window seats you can watch the boats bobbing in the harbour just outside, and sometimes see local seals as well! Our comfortable holiday home is reached via its own courtyard and stairs. There are superb views of the coastline from all rooms and free parking. The first floor flat is just a short stroll away from a fantastic traditional pub/restaurant.

We are situated on the edge of a small community village which boasts a local pub and only a 5 minute drive to the local town with amenities to include shops, cafes and take aways together with a train station. A perfect base for walkers and sightseeing. 2 or more by agreement off road parking spaces are readily available. .

A converted former farmstead byre, Randel features high beamed ceilings open to the eaves, with plenty of natural light from two gable windows, a roof Velux and window out on to the wooded garden. Entrance is directly into the studio accommodation, consisting of a well fitted kitchen, dining facilities for two, and a comfortable compact sitting/sleeping area. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Set in the picturesque and peaceful village of New Abbey. The accommodation comprises of a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and drawer space. Upstairs is the kitchen/living area and a shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the living area allowing beds for 4 people but also available is a single bed which can be placed in the main bedroom for any young children. A lovely self contained studio situated a ten minute walk from the beautiful market town of Cockermouth. With ample free parking, and great wifi. Our studio has its own private entrance and key lock box. Inside there is a fully fitted kitchen, large flat screen TV, 2 seater leather sofa, dining area, king sized bed(or can be split into 2 single beds with prior notice) en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries and towels plus a decent hairdryer.
