The property is bordered on the East by the State Park & on the West by a 9000 acres Wildlife Management Area. A boat ramp is 5 min away & the State Park beach is 15 min from the cabin.

Rancho Sin Vacas is a beautiful, 12-acre property on the N. Fork of the Duchesne River at the base of the Ashley National Forest in Hanna, UT, 78 miles east of SLC. The cabin has an updated kitchen, dining, living with new sofa sleeper, bath, bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, deck, and fire pit. The cantilevered room is the only legal cantilevered structure over the river. It has 2 ponds, 2 canals, 4 llamas, and 1 alpaca. It is the perfect river retreat!
