Beautiful Beach House with a Stunning Sea View

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda gästhus, beläget på idyllisk gata med egen bastu och badrocksavstånd till stranden. Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, pizzeria, och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna er.

Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. Fristående stuga i fantastiska Täljö - Med privat bastu! Huset har kök och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Stort trädäck med morgonsol och dagssol. Skogen ligger runt hörnet med fina stigar. Det finns cyklar att låna för utflykter. Kolgrill finns för sköna grillkvällar! 5 minuters gångväg till tåget, och 35 minuter med tåg till Stockholm. (Kostnad för tåg ca 3,5 Euro) TV med Chromecast. Gratis Wi-fi. Det är ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till närmsta badsjö, och med cykel är det ca 7 minuter.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet
