This beautifully remodeled guest casita is centrally-located within Tucson. Walking distance to the Tucson Mall, the loop, many restaurants and parks. The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

2 BR, 1BA second-floor home in the Historic West University neighborhood! Easy walking distance to Downtown, UA campus, Main Gate Square, and Historic Fourth Avenue (+ free streetcar very close). Luxury queen beds, large shower, well-stocked kitchen, and a designated garage spot await. Yard, pool (unheated), and hot tub are private for your stay. Pool is unfenced, so unsuitable for young children (under age 12) and pets. Spiral staircase may not suit those with mobility issues. Super-fast WiFi.

Welcome to our solar powered cozy casita, a good fit for 1-2 guests, with a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffeemaker. Indoor salt water pool heated to 85 degrees! The guest house has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming. The casita has its own private patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather! The wifi is gigabit fast!

Modern toilet+shower & downstairs has an additional room w twin bed, perfect for napping & reading. The tiny house sits in the backyard of my historic home, however the backyard space is all yours!
