The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Kylemore Abbey and Gardens are just across the lake outside the door which is suitable for fishing with boat hire also available

Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, butcher and chemist within walking distance. Keel's very own famous blue flag beach is situated right on the door step. Ideal location for water sports/outdoor activities or the perfect location for a romantic or peaceful getaway.

The beach Hse is located at the rear of our home but has a side sea view , Sllievemore mountain and lake view at the rear.
