The apartment is composed by 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balconies. -With Washing Machine and Dryer. -We manage only one apartment, so we pay much attention to it. It' a different approach from the big companies with a big amount of apartments. Plus we live very very near the apartment, and ready to reach you for any need. -Our strong point is the premium assistance. We have written a document with all the information about the main places to visit in Naples and a list of restaurants we personally judge great! In this way you will find all the information in one document, and will not lose time to look for information (maybe wrong) online. We will send this before your arrival. If you are interested in making guided tours in Naples, Pompeii or else we have contacts with enthusiastic tour guides. Just ask us the list of all the possible tours, we'll be happy to help you. We also arrange transfers inside and outside Naples. ***STRATEGIC POSITION*** -There are 2 metro lines in the square: METRO1 (Museo) METRO2 (Cavour). The 2 lines cross each other only in our square and at the Central station. -Pompeii is easily reachable in 45 minutes from Piazza Cavour, thanks to trains every 30 minutes from the metro station right outside the building. Taking this train will make you save time, because you won't have to go to the Central Train station. -You can also reach Reggia of Caserta with the Metro outside our building! -There are two supermarkets in the square : one of the next to the building's door, and the other one 3 minutes from home open untill midnight . Plus, we will provide you with a cart to carry food from the supermarkets. ***ALL OUR COMFORTS*** -Air conditioning in summer and heating system in winter. -Glasses with double soundproof system. 0 noises inside. -Washing machine, Dryer, clothes' lines outdoor and a table to iron. -Chromecast that allows you to watch films with your Netflix account. -The Kitchen is suitable for cooking any lunch or dinner, you will find various pots, american coffee maker, oven, coffee pots, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups and dishwasher. -Crib and high chair for babies -You will find all the linen for bed and bathroom. -Safe box where you can put your passports and documents. -In the building hall there is a doorman during the day. Moreover, the building is controlled through safety cameras placed inside the courtyard and stairs. We have a safety camera as well outside our apartment door. -The only big garage in the whole square is located in our building, but the access is from outside. We always suggest not to rent a car, because Naples can be visited on foot (Pompei as well, but not the Amalfi coast), but in case you need to park don't hesitate to write us for information and costs. La struttura è in pieno centro storico a trecento metri dal Duomo di Napoli, Museo del Tesoro di San Gennaro, via dei Tribunali. La linea 1 della metropolitana è a 500 metri, la linea 2 a 300 metri. La stazione centrale dista venti minuti a piedi o con la metro linea 2 una sola fermata. Difronte la struttura c'è il Museo di Arte Contemporanea MADRE nel quale vengono organizzati molti eventi. Il Museo Archeologico Nazionale dista 500 metri LA TERRAZZA E' PRIVATA, USO ESCLUSIVO DEI NOSTRI OSPITI.

DOVE SARAI: L'appartamento è situato nel pieno centro storico di Napoli. La sua posizione, in pieno centro città, vi permetterà di raggiungere a piedi in 3 minuti il duomo di Napoli o San Gregorio Armeno. L' appartamento è circondato da molti ristoranti storici , immergendovi a pieno nella cultura culinaria napoletana. La casa è molto tranquilla e moderna , nonostante si trovi in centro città. Intorno alla casa ci sono diversi parcheggi, e la metro dista a soli 2 minuti dall’appartamento.

Il Teatro di Nerone

La casa ha un ampio ingresso, con pianoforte antico, camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale sormontato da uno scenografico museale baldacchino antico, più un letto singolo, anch’esso antico (all’occorrenza si può aggiungere un quarto posto letto), soffitto antico con travi di legno, pavimenti antichi. Vi è una cucina abitabile con 5 fornelli a gas, forno, frigocongelatore, bollitore elettrico e lavatrice. Eventuale possibilità di secondo bagno con doccia, in caso di 3 o 4 persone adulte.

Trovandosi in zona centrale,chi alloggia nella casa partenopea può facilmente raggiungere a piedi le zone più importanti di napoli cioè il duomo a 400mt…San Gregorio armeno 700mt…c’è napoli sotterranea a 650mt…poi c’è piazza Cavour linea 2 a 800mt,lì vicino fermata bus più area taxi,nelle vicinanze dov’è alloggiate ci sono le varie pizzerie storiche pizzeria da michele,pizzeria di Matteo,pizzeria del presidente,pizzeria di Gino sorbillo e in fine c’è l’antica pizzeria re figliol,pizza fritta…

La struttura è sita al primo piano di un ottocentesco palazzo nel cuore della città, a pochi passi dai principali siti d’interesse, ed è costituita da un moderno ed elegante appartamento di circa 40 mq dotato di angolo cottura completo di utensili, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e bagno privato. Ambienti climatizzati dotati di Wi-Fi e TV. Gli affacci, sulle mura perimetrali della museo diocesano, offrono infine il vantaggio di essere distanti dai decibel della strada.
