Unser Dachstudio am Donau Rad Wander Weg mit Walhalla Blick wurde 2023 erbaut. Es befindet sich in einem der ersten nachhaltigen Gebäude Regensburgs in der Gemeinde Tegernheim. Regensburg mit seinem mittelalterlichen Zentrum ist 7 km entfernt und mit Bus, Auto oder dem Rad zu erreichen . Dort findet Ihr eine Fülle von Kunst, Kultur und Kulinarik. Im Dachstudio im Loft Stil könnt Ihr Euch dann im gemütlichen Essbereich , bei schönem Wetter auf dem Balkon erholen und den nächsten Tag planen.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
