My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

Come visit the farm! We live on our 1937 family farm on 6.5 acres with our chickens and horses, Cosmo and Cricket. Guest love our country setting, great views and a fun place to visit even though we are in town. The many song birds make the sounds enjoyable as you sit on the front porch. Gentle breezes, trees, lots of fresh air and sunshine, a pond for catch and release fishing, and the Northeast Texas Trail for biking and hiking is just outside of our gate.

Welcome to your own private studio guesthouse with your own fence and doggy door for you pets convenience. This 600sqft studio combines the bedroom with a full size bed, work desk, living room and kitchenette open and the large bathroom with walk-in closet separated by doors. You also have your own central heating/ac unit so you can keep the temperature to your liking. You also will have access to a full sized refrigerator and covered parking.

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with a great enclosed courtyard. There is ample space for you to host your family or friends while you are staying here.
