Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Welcome to Derry and our home at 62 Ivy Terrace We are situated in a quiet residential area which is a 10 minute walk to the city centre, a 15 minute drive to Donegal, and 30 minutes from The Giants Causeway. There are numerous local stores near our house. A walk up the Carlisle Road, you will find several bars and restaurants, offering your choice of foods at reasonable prices. Also, you can find many different types of shops, and entrances to the Richmond and the Foyleside Shopping Centres.

The mature hedges and trees outside are always full of local wild birds. If you're lucky you might spot the wild buzzards overhead or hear the pheasants that occasionally wander right up to the cabin doors. It’s a space designed to just make a cup of tea, open a book, and completely switch off.
