There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. Refuge, water and wildlife views are abundant, with a 25 minute drive putting you in the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach district. Close to the outlets, restaurants and boardwalk...but far enough away to be peaceful as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Walking distance to Downtown Milton's shops, restaurants, and -of course- Dogfish Head Brewery. Just a short drive to the Delaware Beaches. Newly renovated Pool House in 2024.

If you have never been to Broadkill, this is a must. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

Peaceful off the beaten path on the Delaware Bay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. This home has two spacious bedrooms- one which contains a queen bed and the other with two XL twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed upon request). The basement and one bedroom closet will not be accessible.
