The nearest beach is Achladies ( 5min walking distance) and there is supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby ( 10min walking distance).

The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .

Outside there is plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing, with a pretty garden with small trees and flowers.
