The dominant architectural features are stone and wood. The interior of the house is tastefully designed and features all modern conveniences. Στόχος μου ήταν να δημιουργήσω, αν όχι το καλύτερο, ένα από τα καλύτερα loft της πόλης. Ο χώρος βρισκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος της πόλης και σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή , Πλουτωνος 18 και είναι 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.
