The villa can be booked for gatherings upon request and strictly for 17:00 until 23:00. The rates per day are: October until April 400€, May 500€, June 600€, July and August 700€, September 600€ and an extra amount is given as a guarantee which is returned if there are no damages. The maximum number of participants is set at 12 people and up to 5 overnight guests. Welcome to our perfect getaway in the heart of Glyfada, enjoying your own private pool and a beautiful garden.

It is filled with luxury homes, beaches, and hotels as well as facilities and nice restaurants, located within Saronic Gulf all along the shoreline. The house is a one-storey villa of 200 sq.m. with a nice garden all around and a private swimming pool in the backyard.
