Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.
