We are within walking distance to boat and jet ski rentals, the Seven Seas Marina & Grill, and Pat’s Riverfront Café for waterfront dining and beautiful sunsets views! "Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.
