The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

We have a fenced in yard~ great for pets and for hanging out. We're within walking distance of the town of Davis which has several restaurants and shops, including my former shop Wild Ginger and Spice. Thomas is just a two-mile drive and boasts great live music and art. There are ski areas and 2 State Parks close by
