Half hour from Wisconsin Dells, 10 minutes to downtown Montello for groceries & restaurants, 30 minutes from Cascade Mountain, and 40 minutes from Devils head resort.

Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

It is 350 sq ft for the entire cabin consisting of bedroom, small full bathroom, and living area. You will enjoy 180 degrees of across-the-water views. It's a great hub for hiking with the following all within 15 - 35 minutes: Devil's Lake, Parfrey's Glen, Gibralter Rock (ice age tr) & Mirror Lake.

A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door. Cottage on the Pond - Big Green Lake

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (dogs limit 2 $50 fee). Enjoy the peace and beauty of the pond (sorry, no fishing) while just across the street from beautiful Green Lake. Lots of room outside for the kids to roam. Easy walk to the beach. (see satellite map picture). There is a public launch nearby and plenty of room to keep your boat on the side lawn. Hiking trails, White River Marsh, and Fox River are all nearby.

It is set on 38 acres of pristine Wisconsin Land and is perfect for nature lovers and "Glampers" looking for the great outdoors with the comforts of home. It is a "rustic-industrial" oasis in the heart of South Central Wisconsin, steps from Devils Lake and miles from Baraboo and the Wisconsin Dells.
