The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

L'appartamento dista soltanto 2 chilometri da supermercati, stazioni di servizio e fermate di bus e treno da cui raggiungere facilmente le Cinque Terre e città quali Firenze, Pisa, Lucca Genova e Parma.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.

Independent en-suite room with beautiful garden, in the historic centre of Pietrasanta. The room is equipped with a small kitchen and a dining table too. The garden comes with deck chairs for full relax. Parking is available for free on site. The sea is only 3km away!

The apartment is perfect for two people or a small family or friends. The view from the balcony is Amazing. At about 10 minutes walking, through a stairs you can find a lovely inlet with rocks, perfect to swim; it's called "la marina".
